1. Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds or replacements only under the following conditions:
- You received damaged, spoiled, or contaminated products
- You received incorrect items (wrong product or quantity)
- The product was expired at the time of delivery
- The package was tampered with upon delivery
All claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
2. Non-Refundable Items
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Opened or partially consumed food items
- Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery
- Change of mind or dislike of taste
- Orders with incorrect delivery details provided by the customer
- Promotional or discounted items (unless damaged or incorrect)
3. Proof Required
To process a refund or replacement, customers must provide:
Clear photos or videos of:
- The product
- The outer and inner packaging
- The expiry date (where applicable)
- Order number and proof of purchase
Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in rejection of the claim.
4. Refund Method & Timeline
- Upon claim approval, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method (M-Pesa, Bank transfer, Card or other used method)
- Refund processing time: 5-10 business days
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the error was on our part
5. Replacements
- Where applicable, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund
- Replacement delivery timelines depend on product availability
6. Cancellations
- Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch
- Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible
